Qingyang Mayor Zhou Qiang said that Qingyang will fully support PetroChina, Sinopec, Huaneng, Chinalco and other enterprises to accelerate development and construction, and actively introduce large-scale enterprise groups such as Sinochem and Huadian to participate in the development of petroleum coal resources in Qingyang City and implement large-area layout. At the same time, Qingyang will accelerate the development of red tourism projects and the construction of scenic spots, actively develop supporting tourism products, establish and improve tourism networks, and strive to achieve annual tourism revenue of more than 1 billion yuan and an average annual growth rate of 22.5% at the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan. .
 
In order to build a national cultural industry base, Qingyang City follows the "four ones" idea: to set up a group of international marketing leading enterprises, establish a set of international production standards, design research and development systems, and create a group of rich Qingyang characteristics. The brand has cultivated a large number of production and sales enterprises with national and provincial art masters as the leaders, and build Qingyang into a production and sales center and distribution center for characteristic cultural products.
