On October 15, we held a symposium on the professional skills appraisal work of the province's machinery industry with the great support from Baosheng Technology Innovation Shares. The intention is to thoroughly summarize and exchange appraisal work on mechanical engineering vocational skills in our province, comprehensively deploy the site of the professional skills appraisal of the whole industry, and further improve the level and quality of the appraisal work. Li Ling, director of the Machinery Industry Vocational Skills Identification and Guidance Center, former deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office, Yang Xuejin, special adviser of the Jiangsu Machinery Industry Federation, and Gao Gangong, director of the Personnel and Education Division of the Provincial Machinery Industry Federation, attended the meeting. Nearly 30 representatives of key industry enterprises such as Jincheng Group Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Weifu Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. and some outstanding vocational colleges such as Wuxi Vocational and Technical College and Jiangsu Finance and Economics Vocational College had participated.
The forum was hosted by Gao Gangong, Director of the Personnel and Education Department of the Provincial Machinery Industry Federation. At the meeting, representatives of various enterprises and universities spoke in detail, detailing the construction of high-skilled talents and the progress of professional skills appraisal. Director Li Ling listened carefully to the speeches of various units and delivered speeches. Director Li Ling first fully affirmed the outstanding achievements of Jiangsu Machinery Industry's vocational skills appraisal work, and comprehensively introduced the development of China's machinery industry high-skilled personnel team, the development of vocational skills appraisal and the mechanical industry vocational skills appraisal and guidance center. The main work progress, especially emphasized the importance of vocational skills appraisal to promote the revitalization of the industry. Director Li’s speech was evidenced by his personal experience, and his words were very convincing and he was unanimously recognized by the participants.

The symposium was carried out in an orderly manner, and the participating units had had full exchanges and improved understanding. Finally, Director Gao Gangong made a concluding remark on behalf of the Provincial Machinery Industry Federation, expressed his gratitude to the units participating in the meeting in a timely manner, conveyed the consistent working spirit and attitude of the Provincial Machinery Industry Federation, and strengthened cooperation among the units in their future work. Communication and joint promotion of the vocational skills appraisal of the machinery industry have raised ardent hopes.

According to the arrangement of the meeting, after the symposium ended, Qiu Jiabin and Zhang Deca from Baosheng Group, led the participants to visit the Baosheng Group, so that the representatives had a more intuitive understanding of the Baosheng Group, a well-known enterprise in the machinery industry of our province.
